JOB SUMMARY:
You will directly participate in projects deploying loyalty systems for our partners and support the implementation of white-label loyalty projects (F&B, Retail, Lifestyle, etc.). This role involves collaborating with Product, Tech, and Account teams to ensure project timelines and assisting in system configuration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will directly participate in projects deploying loyalty systems for our partners
Support the implementation of white-label loyalty projects (F&B, Retail, Lifestyle, etc.)
Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Account teams to ensure project timelines
Assist in system configuration (campaigns, point accrual, rewards, etc.)
Participate in UAT to ensure product quality before go-live
Prepare documentation and support client training
Monitor program performance and propose improvements
POSITION (SELECT ONE):
Frontend / Mobile: ReactJS, React Native, JavaScript / TypeScript
Backend: [protected info] / Java, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Microservices
DevOps: AWS, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, GitLab CI/CD
Note: Candidates are not expected to be proficient in all technologies. A strong foundation is sufficient, and training and coaching will be provided.
REQUIREMENTS:
Final-year students or fresh graduates
Strong logical thinking attention to detail and sense of responsibility
Ability to work in teams and manage tasks effectively
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot for learning and work
Ability to leverage AI for code generation, debugging, and research
Ability to validate outputs and not rely entirely on AI
Awareness of data security when using AI tools
Frontend / Mobile:
JavaScript / TypeScript
Understanding of ReactJS or React Native
Ability to work with APIs
Backend:
Basic knowledge of OOP, APIs and databases
Experience with [protected info] or Java is a plus
DevOps:
Basic knowledge of Linux / server environments
Experience with Docker or Cloud is a plus
Nice to Have:
Personal projects or GitHub portfolio
Knowledge of CRM, Loyalty, or MarTech
Participation in projects or student clubs
