Job Description: - Support project manager in accomplishing E-commerce software/website development projects
- Take over requests from customers, conduct surveys, estimate efforts, develop plans, implement plans, organize project management & ensure quality according to the standard process
- Communicate with clients/partners regarding project-related matters
- Ensure commitment to service quality (SLA) with clients for the assigned project
- Handle and resolve arising issues after deployment
- Plan, organize, and work directly with the Development team
Qualifications: - Fluent in English communication equivalent to IELTS 7.0
- Preferably experienced in project management with Agile or Scrum methodology.
- Preferably possessing basic programming knowledge, system analysis and design, data structures, and algorithms. Preferably having knowledge in one of the popular programming languages such as Java, PHP, .NET, and common databases like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB
- Demonstrated skills in planning, problem-solving, and overseeing tasks with flexibility in handling situations
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, ability to handle pressure, high sense of responsibility, proactive and creative in work
- Experience in working on e-commerce projects is an advantage
