Mô tả công việc
As Promoter Operation Specialist, you will support the Promoter Manager in handling promoter management in your country. Your role will ensure daily field force operations meet the company&039;s standards and handle the field force management platforms. This role will require close cooperation and alignment with different departments within the organization, i.e., Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

Your Role
HR RELATIONS
• You will be responsible to work with agency to make sure all of reports & payments from the agencies accurate before proceeding to managers (MCP, HR reports, incentive, payroll, business trips ...)
• You will supervise daily operation of field force team to make sure they are following exactly the policies and guidelines from Electrolux by scanning their reports on whatsapp/ Q&Me apps or fieldwork.
• You will be responsible for new promoter onboarding process and its implementation for all newcomers (in cooperation with the agency, HR, and sales colleagues).
DAILY FIELD FORCE OPERATION
• Display tracking: You will work with agency and field force PICs to have a clear picture of our display across all channels.
• Working with agency: You will work with our agency to process several tasks monthly, including scanning supporting documents for promoter payment and other assigned tasks.
• Monitor out-of-stock: You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and promoters at the store level to ensure all stores have the proper inventory.
• Monitor sell-in and PO delivery: You play a middleman role between the field and back office by transferring information about sell-in, PO delivery, and stock available; this is to help field force PIC maximize sales opportunity and reduce out-of-stock.
• Monitor out-of-display: You will track and work closely with promoters and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure every shop meets the distribution target.
• Addhoc reports: You will be required to prepare ad-hoc reports in this role. To fulfill the task, you are the person who organizes your data properly and can extract the necessary information fast and accurately.
• Sellout verification: You will ensure data integrity by confirming all orders made at the promoter&039;s stores are accurately recorded.
• Reporting: This is one of the important parts of your daily job. You will manage all retail-related data to provide a clear picture of what&039;s happening on the market, including sellout, display, pricing, and competitor activities.
SELLOUT MANAGEMENT PLATFORM
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve the platform, develop surveys, manage data and reduce manual workload.
• Manage to improve the field force productivity using the company&039;s sellout management platform.
• LIVE SELLING PLATFORM
• Manage the daily operation to ensure live selling meets the company&039;s target by proposing schemes, conducting training, and producing supporting materials.
• Review sellout performance, monitor web traffic, call quality, and advisor quality to push the performance of the live selling platform.

Results driven - Maximizing sales, bringing efficiencies and hitting KPIs is in your DNA.
Agile - you work with urgency, analyzing and adapting to different situations, quickly understanding changes and reacting confidently and decisively;
EDUCATION
• You should have a degree in marketing, business, human resources or related field;
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
