Mô tả công việc
Perform SWOT analysis for territory markets, collect information about competitors, potential market volumes, current market shares and customer's feedbacks.
Negotiate and close Sales Agreements with good terms and conditions.
Plan and organize sales activities, such as demo, line trials, seminars, line audits, solution presentations,...etc to find out customer's needs and transform business opportunities into orders.
Cooperate with marketing teams in market activities and analysis.
Cooperate with related services, project and marketing teams to achieve customer's satisfaction.
Aggressively exploit the in-charge territory to identify new targets of customers and new sales opportunities.
Other tasks or reports are assigned by Manager and BOD.
Cooperate with the Finance Department to improve the performance of receivables and payables.
Make technical presentations and demonstrations.
Make business development plans, daily report and weekly summarization to manager for monitoring.
Cooperate with customers and project teams, collect customer's needs, analyze applications and provide feasible sosolutions to satisfy customers with values.
Making Sales reports timely and accurately.
Support project teams for site work such as installation/paperwork/site management and supervision (if any).
Support purchasing team to do necessary delivery of products or documents to customers accordingly.

Yêu cầu công việc
Premium brands selling experience is required.
At least 3 years of experience in industrial sales.
Good at English communication.
Flexible to support company business after working hours (if needed).
Ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently, under high work pressure.
Analytical approach to problem-solving capability, ownership, never-give-up attitude.
College/University degree or above with programming, mechanical, mechatronics or electronics engineering background.
Good at schedule management and planning skills.
Sales passion, collaborative, open-minded and resourceful.
Able to deal with deadlines, being Customer Oriented.
At least 3 years of experience in industrial sales.
