Partner with business leaders to turn ambiguous questions into precise hypotheses, KPIs, and success criteria that matter to Vexeres growth.
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:
Architect the analytic approach: scope projects, prioritise the backlog, and map star/snowflake models and Dataform pipelines that will answer the problem at scale.
Build and maintain BigQuery pipelines with automated tests, alerts, and SLA checks to secure clean, reliable, and uptodate data.
Curate, document, and version datasets; enforce coding standards and coach junior analysts to ensure consistent, reusable assets.
Run advanced analytics: A/Btest design and causal inference, deep segmentation, forecasting, and ROI modelling to surface growth opportunities.
Transform findings into compelling dashboards and narratives, delivering clear, databacked recommendations to Clevel and crossfunctional stakeholders.
Drive adoption of new technologies (dbt, Airflow, GenAI) and host knowledgesharing sessions to elevate the companys data culture.
YÊU CẦU:
3 + years of endtoend analytics with measurable impact on product or revenue KPIs, including ownership of at least two fullcycle projects.
Willing to learn and curious to explore data-driven insights
Teamwork spirit and proactive mindset
Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret large datasets accurately
Familiarity with SQL; experience with BigQuery is a plus
Familiarity with BI Tools for visualization; experience with Looker Studio is a plus
