Mô tả công việc
Expense report checking and implement payment procedure for all inbound shipping cost.
Monitor the shipment, coordinate with customs broker to resolve any issue related and arrange for the best delivery schedule.
Be in charge of imports shipment
Contact oversea team to get the shipment's details, prepare shipping docs and work with Customs broker in translating machine/parts name & applying HS code to perform customs declaration.
Co-operation with other departments to make delivery schedule and coordinate the trucks daily
Report to supervisor if any deviation from the established SOP
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Effective communication with the concerned parties to ensure all the import shipments on time and meet customer/production request.

Bachelor's degree in Import-Export
Academic
Years of experience
2-3 years working experience (background in EPE is preferred)
Special knowledge
Able to use VNACCS software, strong knowledge in ERP system.
Good team working spirit
Good logic thinking
Able to work independently and under tight time schedule
Skilled in shipment arrangement and customs clearance
Computer knowledge (word, PowerPoint especially good at excel, macro skill is preferred)
Other Skills: Good at reporting skill: Mandatory communication in EnglishBenefits:
Working time: From 07h:30 - 16h:00, Mon to Fri.
Location: Dau Giay IDZ, Dong Nai
Competitive income 13th month salary.
