Recruitment
Monitor and follow-up intern recruitment needs
Manage job postings in recruitment platforms
In charge of interviewing and recruitment processes
Monitor candidate database and feedback processes
Integration of New-Hires
Prepare welcome documents for new joiners
Coordinate with other departments as requested for good integration of new-hires
Monitor and support trainings (On-boarding, Orientation, etc.) and workshops
Personnel Marketing and HR event
Coordinate in job fairs, university activities
Support yearly events and projects of HR department
Others
Coordinate in joining/exiting process of interns
Be the contact point for all interns' matters
Administrative support for HR department
Ad-hoc task per assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Third/Final year student, entitled as full-time student during the 6-month internship
No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have advantage
Eloquent English and Vietnamese
Proficient in MS Office
Interpersonal skills, time and task management skill, critical thinking, and patience
Can-do attitude, urge to develop and learn new things
Eyes for details and good organization skills
High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality

SALES SUPPORT INTERN
JOB DESCRIPTION
Create sales orders on SAP system, liaise with logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
Processing all sales-related paperwork, sales reports as requested by the supervisor.
Other tasks as requested by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
3rd-4th year student in Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
No working experiences required
Good in Microsoft office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Highly organized, careful and able to multitask, proactive "can do attitude"
Communicate effectively with a high attention to details
Be able to work full time during the intern period (8hrs/day, Mon-Fri)

TAX INTERN
JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in monthly taxation and declaration for VAT, FCT
Assist in payment requisitions, document checking and mitigation control
Tax, invoice, contract documentation and management
Support data-related projects and coordinator
Assist in Service Level Agreement tracking and follow up for sign-off
Assist in Tax Obligation Reconciliation.
Others as request (visit tax authorization for document submitting, drafting official letter, historical taxes data review...)
REQUIREMENTS
Entitled as full-time students during internship period
Major in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, and related fields
No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities will have big advantage
Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development
Be able to work under pressure
