Mô tả công việc

Responsibilities
We are looking for the UI/UX Design position with knowledge of user experiences and understanding the design principles who not only work closely with the team and contribute to wireframes, UI visuals, user flows, but also work with clients (in US and Vietnam) to provide ideas and solutions.
Responsibilities
Create a functional architecture and a visual identity of the product interface, based on information of the product functionality (business rules), obtained from the Product Manager/Associate Product Managers;
Research and analyze competitors
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI designs
Generate user personas and user scenarios
Create and improve design system to provide visual consistency of the whole product
Implement interface review and technical flaws solving
Partner with developers, and other team members to create design concepts, Ideating and sharing design concepts with stakeholders

Qualifications
General requirements
2 + years of experience in creating user interfaces with extraordinary user-experience solutions
Strong portfolio demonstrating solid product design knowledge
Solid experience in Figma and other design tools
Solid experience in design fundamentals (color theory, typography, grid systems, layouts, icons, and interactivity)
Strong research and analysis skills
Strong critical thinking, self-study, ownership skills
Strong communication skills
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Nice to have:
Experienced in BFSI (banking financial services and insurances) field or Experienced in Healthcare field
Experienced in data tracking
Awesome portfolio with relevant experience in product design
Familiarity in designing across multiple devices from mobile, tablet, and desktop
