A. Objective
Create user-centric designs that enhance the overall experience of users when interacting with digital products, such as websites, mobile apps or software
Collaborate with product directors/managers,
developers and other stakeholders to create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing and functional designs that align with business goals
Focus on both user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, from initial research and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
B. Responsibilities
User Research & Analysis:
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Analyze and interpret research findings to create user personas, user journeys and empathy maps
• Use data-driven insights to inform design decisions and improve the user experience
Wireframing & Prototyping:
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Canva.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on design concepts and user flows.
• Develop interactive prototypes to communicate functionality and test user interactions
UI Design:
• Design clean, modern and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that enhance usability and align with brand guidelines.
• Ensure that visual elements such as icons, typography, color schemes, and layout follow UI best practices and design systems.
• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
UX Design & Strategy:
• Plan and design user experiences that are intuitive and seamless across multiple devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
• Create information architectures, site maps, and interaction flows that improve usability.
• Ensure designs reflect an understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and can be used by diverse audiences.
