Mô Tả Công Việc
REPORTS DIRECTLY TO Head of Operation & IT Project Management Department
DIRECTLY SUPERVISES
- Operations Project Manager (CEOO) /Junior Manager
- Operations Project Coordinator (CEOO)
OBJECTIVES: This key role within the CEOO is responsible for project management overview on assigned portfolio, report about the status of the project, develop instructive materials and project management methodology.
COMMUNICATION
- Internal (within VPB FC): Work with all key stakeholders - Risk, Finance, Collections, Sales etc. to provide guidance and support for assigned projects
- External (outside VPB FC): Work with consulting partners/ external vendors to provide guidance and support for assigned projects
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Management
- Communicate clear instructions/directive to team members
- Manage unit and provide performance feedback and goal-setting; conducts annual performance assessments and skill development and training
- Collate information on project progress for the management reports
- Staffing and retain unit's talents
- Ensure service levels meet or exceed customer (internal & external) expectations
Project Delivery
- Provide guidance and support, resolve issues for project team
- Directly manage project if required followed key responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager
- Ensure standardized and relevant document templates are available for team members per regulated by project framework
- Ensure projects are managed; followed company process/ policy, documented and evaluated according to company standard
- Attend project steering
- Encourage knowledge transfer and lessons learnt activities
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: University Graduation - major: Business management, Economics or technical specialties
Experience
- Min. 5 year of working experience in finance (banking, insurance, investment, etc.) sphere
- Min. 4 year of experience in managing projects
Skills
- Good understanding of technical areas/ operations of finance/ banking industry
- Language requirements - Vietnamese - native, English - fluent
- Good management; communication and presentation skill
- Problem solving and negotiable skill
- Ability to work under high pressure
