1. Job Summary
• The Employee Experience & Event Manager will be responsible for designing and executing unique corporate events
• that reflect YIC's core values and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) vision.
• This role aims to strengthen the sense of belonging among employees, foster a vibrant organizational culture,
• and lead successful large-scale events in collaboration with local communities and global brands.
2. Key responsibility
Lead Signature Events
• Take charge of planning, budgeting, and delivering YIC's flagship events (e.g., the annual Green Race marathon).
• Craft creative event programs that seamlessly integrate sustainability and eco friendly concepts.
Activate Internal Communities & Clubs
• Manage and energize employee clubs (Yoga, Zumba, Running, Climbing, etc.) to boost engagement and team spirit.
• Track participation data, run satisfaction surveys, and use insights to continuously refresh club activities.
Enhance Employee Experience (EX)
• Organize diverse welfare events such as Monthly Parties, Team Building sessions, and Company Trips.
• Innovate new experience programs - for example, organic farm activities connected to the Thai Binh project - to make employee life more inspiring.
Communication & Branding
• Develop promotional content for internal events and share it across internal and external channels.
• Strengthen YIC's employer brand by showcasing our vibrant, sustainability driven culture.
Partnership Management
• Select and coordinate with external event agencies and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Build and maintain strong networks with local communities and relevant organizations.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate events, sustainability initiatives, employer branding, or marketing/PR projects.
• Strong creative planning, content development, and storytelling skills with proven project management ability.
• Excellent communication skills to engage diverse teams and build cross-cultural connections.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, energetic mindset with passion for creating memorable experiences and driving organizational culture.
• Familiarity with budgeting, vendor management, and digital tools (Excel, Canva, social media platforms) is an advantage.
