Cubable is looking for a passionate and dedicated Middle. Business Analyst to help us scale and support our growing platform.
YOUR JOB WILL BE
Experience and understanding of System Analyst
Conduct information gathering from various sources (users, stakeholders, competitors, etc.) and coordinate with relevant departments for a deeper understanding of business issues and opportunities.
Research and analyze requirements from the information-gathering phase.
Propose solutions based on information analysis and market development trends (with a no-code perspective).
Work closely with the Design, Development, and QA/QC teams to ensure business requirements are accurately understood and implemented.
Develop user stories, business feature diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, etc.
Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes. Review logic, UI/UX.
Participate in the creation and writing of documents such as BRD, FSD, and SRS for the development team.
Monitor the progress of proposed solutions.
Conduct regular meetings with relevant departments to update progress and discuss emerging issues.
Assist in testing and acceptance of product features.
Organize training sessions, write user manuals, and provide support for product users, addressing issues as they arise.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Your Skills and Experience
At least 3 years of experience in IT Business Analyst or a related field.
Experience and understanding of the software development process.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Enthusiastic, meticulous, adaptable, and committed to work.
Proactive in work with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (a plus).
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience working in Agile project environments (a plus).
