Job Summary:
JH INT is a professional accounting services firm supporting individuals and businesses across the United States. We are looking for motivated accounting talents who are eager to build a long-term career in US Accounting & Tax.
Unlike traditional internships, you will work directly with experienced US CPAs on real client engagements, receive structured on-the-job training, and develop practical skills in an international working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare journal entries and maintain accounting records.
• Perform bank and payroll reconciliations.
• Support payroll and payroll tax processing.
• Organize, analyze, review, and verify financial information for accuracy.
• Maintain well-organized electronic accounting records.
• Handle confidential client information with professionalism.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams in English.
• Update work progress and project status regularly.
• Support additional accounting and tax assignments as your experience grows.
Yêu cầu
Must-have Requirements:
• Final-year students, fresh graduates, or candidates with up to 3 years of accounting experience.
• Able to work full-time during company working hours.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fast learner with strong analytical skills.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Good problem-solving and customer service mindset.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality.
Nice-to-have Requirements:
• Experience with US or Australian Accounting.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Xero, MYOB, CFS, or similar systems.
• Previous experience in an international accounting environment.

Working Schedule:
• Monday: 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM
• Tuesday - Saturday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Working Arrangement: Full-time, on-site at the office.

* Internship candidate can be considered to be regular staff after internship (no need probation period).
