What you will be doing
Key Responsibilities
Assist in launching, managing, and optimizing UA campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), Unity, AppLovin, Mintegral, etc.
Monitor key campaign metrics including CPI, CTR, CVR, ROAS to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Support A/B testing of ad creatives and analyze results to improve effectiveness.
Research market trends, competitor ads, and user behaviors to support UA strategy for new games.
Collaborate with Creative and Product teams to provide insights that enhance game marketability.
Learn and apply best practices from various ad networks.
Support campaign reporting and documentation on a weekly/monthly basis.
Requirements
Requirements
1+ years experience.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to solve problems and interpret data.
Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel for basic data tracking and analysis.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, team-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of mobile advertising concepts and performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.).
Proficient in English.
Passionate about mobile games and user growth.
Bonus: ad platform experience, mobile attribution tools, AI tools, or product-thinking mindset.
