Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and data-driven User Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will plan, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns to drive growth for our mobile games. You will work closely with the product and design teams to create effective strategies and ensure our campaigns deliver strong results.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Manage campaign budgets, monitor performance, and optimize towards KPIs such as CPI, ROAS, and retention.
Analyze user behavior from marketing data and generate insights to improve UA performance.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
Collaborate closely with product and design teams to develop high-performing creatives tailored to different markets.
Implement and optimize App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to drive organic installs.
Prepare regular reports, evaluate campaign performance, and recommend improvements.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing / user acquisition.
Experience in mobile gaming industry is a strong plus.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
Strong knowledge of ASO and the synergy between paid and organic growth strategies.
Good understanding of mobile gaming markets, especially casual and puzzle genres, is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Proactive, creative, and able to perform well under performance-driven pressure.
Good command of English for working with international partners.
