Mô tả công việc
● Marketing strategy & planning (10%)
○ Join the team to brainstorm ideas for marketing campaigns and activities throughout the year.
○ Develop a detailed work plan for the given scope/workstream based on the overall plan.
● Workstream execution (80%): Your scopes will be aligned with your line manager, including but not limited to some of the following:
○ Lead nurturing (30%): implement lead nurturing activities across channels, especially email marketing/ LinkedIn
○ Content marketing (15%): Research, synthesize & write content to build impactful content materials (blog, social post, landing page, resources...) for related activities
○ Event management (10%): Plan and organize events such as workshops and webinars for both the potential clients and the potential employees.
○ Website & Social media management (10%): Coordinate with content marketing executives to update content for website & social channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube;
○ Digital Advertising (5%): Plan, setup, optimize & analyze digital advertising campaigns on Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, Google Ads...
○ Others (10%): Implement other marketing activities based on the strategy at each period such as: get certificate for product.
● Report & Analysis (5%)
○ Report to the line manager about the effectiveness of the assigned marketing activities with insight and plan for further improvement.
● Coordinating & supporting (5%)
○ Coordinate and support other team members within and outside the Growth team when needed.

● Must have
○ At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing or similar positions.
○ Having a deep knowledge of B2B Marketing and having a passion to grow further in this career path.
○ Understanding of marketing channels, especially Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube.
○ Excellent communication skills, especially in the field of advertising and branding.
○ Excellent project management and time management skills.
○ Experimental mindset with enthusiasm about learning new things and the ability to self-motivate and teamwork.
● Good to have
○ Experiences in marketing agency or having knowledge of marketing agency business.
○ Creative and innovative mindset with interest in working in a start-up environment.
○ Ambitious and willing to fast-track.
