Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user behavior for Mobile Banking, E-wallet, and digital financial products.
Design user journeys, wireframes, user flows, information architecture, and prototypes for mobile/web applications.
Create user-friendly experiences for financial services such as payments, money transfer, eKYC, QR payment, account/card management, and loyalty programs.
Design and improve workflows for backend/internal systems such as transaction management, reconciliation, approval workflows, fraud monitoring, and CMS/back-office systems.
Collaborate with
Product Owners,
Business Analysts,
Developers, QA, and Business Teams to simplify business processes into intuitive user experiences.
Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including backlog grooming and product discussions.
Ensure implemented products align with approved UX designs and standards.
Analyze user behavior and product performance using tools such as Firebase, Mixpanel, GA4, or Hotjar to propose UX improvements.
Benchmark fintech, mobile banking, and digital payment products to identify UX best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Designing, IT, Multimedia, HCI, or related fields.
2-4 years of UX Design experience, preferably in Mobile Banking, Fintech, E-wallet, or Digital Payment products.
Proficient in Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools.
Good understanding of User-Centered Design, Design Thinking, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design.
Experience designing financial transaction flows such as money transfer, QR payment, eKYC, and OTP authentication.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to organize complex information into user-friendly experiences.
Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Experience working with backend systems, operational workflows, or multi-role platforms is a plus.
Good English communication skills for documentation and teamwork.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is an advantage.
