Việc làm Designer

Mô tả công việc

* As a UX/UI Designer, you will play an important role to the Product team, you will be expected to:

Develop ASIM current product's features.
Execute both original designs and outsource designs from partner to meet ASIM's requirement.
Be the owner of your own tasks, processes, and documents.
Communicate design concepts and specifications to the board teams and other stakeholders.
Perform product research, conduct interview and design user-flow and wire-frame for the feature that you own to produce high-quality UX.
Be responsible for the product visual designs.
Collaborate closely with Product Lead & team members to review drafts and make recommendations on design and quality improvements.
Work with Quality Assurance team and Dev team to deliver kick-ass outcome.
Track and monitor the effectiveness of the products after release and improve.
Independently explore, observe, and pursue opportunities to improve the company product through designs.

Yêu cầu công việc

* The must-haves:

Be at least 1.5 to 2 years of experience in UX and UI.
Have a strong understanding of the key role of design thinking in the product build process.
Be able to learn independently under minimal guidance and supervision.
To communicate, present ideas, and handle feedbacks constructively.
To learn and adapt quickly to new design technologies and software such as Figma.
Have strong knowledge in wireframes, user flows, interactive prototype, and other design specification material.
Have the ability to take constructive feedback and capable of interpreting feedback into design solutions.
Be able to team-work closely with Product team members and other teams as the Dev team, QA team, Business team, and other relevant stakeholders.
Have nice English communication skills - written and verbal.
Be self-directed, data-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
