As a UX Writer, you will collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to craft copy that enhances the user experience across our digital products. Responsibilities:
Develop clear, concise, and engaging copy for user interfaces, including buttons, menus, error messages, tooltips, and instructional content.
Collaborate with UX designers to ensure that content aligns with the overall user experience design and brand voice.
Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs and validate the effectiveness of content.
Create and maintain a content style guide to ensure consistency and quality across all product copy.
Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand product requirements and translate them into user-friendly content.
Participate in design reviews and provide content strategy and writing expertise.
Continuously iterate on copy based on user feedback and data analytics.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX writing and content design.
