Vehicle Audit Quality Engineer (VinFast Customer Audit & Reliability)

Position Overview:
• Develop plans and coordinate with VinFast Plants worldwide to audit vehicle quality from the Customer Perspective (VinFast Customer Audit) and Reliability for new models during development.
• Implement and execute the Fast Response process to ensure issues detected from VCA are properly assigned to relevant departments and follow up to ensure compliance with the problem-solving process.
• Conduct vehicle audits for Media and Marketing events.
• Standardize and align procedures among all plants (machines, equipment, proving ground, and inspection items).
• Conduct regular inspections and evaluations.
• Establish standards and inspection guidelines for VCA/REL, ensure robustness, and conduct training for Operation teams.
Position Responsibilities:
• Develop vehicle audit checklists and work instruction standard for VCA/REL, ensure robustness, conduct training at the plants.
• Inspect and monitor vehicle audit activities from the Customer Perspective (VCA) and Reliability for development vehicles (Gate Review) and Media/Event vehicles. Conduct global-level audit to validate the compliance & audit result quality.
• Supervise the Fast Response process (Assign Owner/ICA/PCA) with the plants and promote Continuous Improvement activities.
• Standardize test track specifications, machines/equipment, and inspection items to ensure consistency and flexibility across all plants.
• Monitor and conduct periodic evaluations of the Operation implementation at the plants.
