Responsible for controlling the vehicle development process from vehicle level to system level and component level.
GENERAL PURPOSE:
Responsible for controlling the vehicle development process from vehicle level to system level and component level. This position will primarily cover development strategy formulation, controlling Vehicle Technical specs and vehicle evaluation activities from development to post-SOP.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop product strategies for each project (car, e-bus) based on the Market Research of the Production Research Department and the vehicle development team's premise research in terms of technology, progress, and costs.
Create a feature list based on the positioning strategy, including a definition, description, and basic technical needs.
In charge of supervising the Automotive and e-Bus Development teams coop with Vehicle Development team and ESP in order to implementing and controlling Vehicle Technical specs from Vehicle level to System level and Component level.
Control over technical implementation at all levels (vehicles, systems, components) in order to provide a high-quality client experience.
Organize vehicle evaluation activities from development to post-SOP to control the status of feature development, make recommendations for product improvement or cost optimization, and increase competitiveness.
Continuously update market trends, propose and coordinate with research engineers to apply the latest technologies to cars, e-buses, or find ways to minimize and optimize costs in the product development approach.

BACKGROUND:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Product Analysis, Product Research and Planning, Product Marketing in OEM/Technology Companies

Fluent English is a must
