Ensure the allocation of all testing activities (either to external suppliers or to be performed In House)
Work together with Program Engineers, Vehicle Quality Validation experts and Function owners, to systematically capture the status of the testing activities of all Attributes
Analyze the timing situation of the validation plan, identifying risks prior to test start (vehicle readiness, logistics) or during the test performance (vehicle issues, particular situation with the external testing suppliers, limitations with internal testing, ...)
Analyze the overall situation regarding performance deviations, for any of the attributes.
Lead the program validation status meetings, with all related stakeholders.
Create a consolidated weekly status for the program, with a clear statement about risk, valid for decision making during all gate discussions.
Testing Budget consolidation with all VT&V Manager for specific project (BCO, CKD & FL)
Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer or equivalent work experience (3-5 years) with good knowledge in program management in the automotive or automotive's supplier industry.
Good experience in project management
Leadership, capacity to motivate and move other stakeholders of the company.
Good communication skills, capability of synthesis and identification of important topics and their relevance.
Knowledge about main Vehicle aspects.
Ideally good background on automotive testing and DVP strategy .
Experienced in leading discussions and managing cross-functional teams (Engineering,
Purchasing, Quality, Product Strategy and others) to mitigate gaps to targets and facilitate the Company Leadership executive decisions
Experience Leading teams and dealing with time pressure.
Experience in JIRA to upload all DVP plan into JIRA as well approved VTS in JIRA.
