Responsibilities
Drive operations with our vendor and internal partners, developing scalable solutions and ensuring operational execution. Strategize closely with the RPO delivery leadership team to ensure the vendor is meeting business goals and integrated within the wider Recruitment team.
Support the operational performance of the vendor in partnership with the RPO delivery leadership team.
Lead and support the vendor with regard to onboarding and training, the successful ramp up of resources, quality, and escalations.
Drive tracking and analysis of operational trends and identify opportunities to improve operational processes. Work with recruiting leads to identify strategies in the recruitment process.
Manage and align on delivery expectations with the vendor team (e.g., Partner Operations), ensuring a clear understanding of the approved capacity plan and the need to meet recruitment demands within the defined parameters.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
3 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing vendor operations, including governance and change management.
Ability to comprehend business drivers, organizational dynamics, and identify and analyze the underlying factors contributing to various issues.
Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a changing dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present projects from a business, process, and technical perspective.
