* Lead branch IT project delivery and implementation coordination
* Lead
project managers, business stakeholders, and external vendors to define project scope, deliverables, and resource requirements.
* Lead and manage the team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
* Supervise quality assurance and quality control activities: review deliverables, manage test planning and execution (system, integration, UAT), and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
* Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
* Define and implement project management methodologies, standards, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) across the team.
* Liaise with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
* Coordinate business analysis activities: facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation to ensure clear, actionable project requirements.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
* Prepare and present regular project status reports, performance metrics, and risk assessments to IT Head, APCF (via Regular Meeting) and Management
* Coordinate go-live readiness and post-implementation follow-up
* Maintain project reporting, governance support, and audit-ready documentation
* Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and quality within the team.
