The Vice Principal is responsible for managing policies, facilities, regulations and procedures that ensure all students are learning, are supervised in a safe learning environment, and are provided a high-quality education that allows students to enhance their skills, knowledge and virtues, while also actively promoting their self-awareness, pro-activeness and competence to succeed in an ever-changing world.

Essential Responsibilities
- Delivering the vision and mission of the school
- Improving the educational outcomes of students
- Developing the quality of teaching and learning
- Nurturing positive relationships between students, teachers, the community, and stakeholders
- Key Accountabilities
- Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Uphold stewardship as a value based, ethical and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
- Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
- Form partnerships with parents and community groups.
- Understand the legislation and policies that impact schooling.
- Manage resources to achieve goals.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Requirements and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in education / education Leadership, Master's preferred.
- Professional Teaching qualification/license/certification as applicable
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Principal or Vice Principal in an international or bilingual kindergarten and/or primary school setting.
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Requirements:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; high attention to detail.
