Cut, arrange, and refine footage to create a cohesive and engaging final product/ Cắt dựng, sắp xếp và hoàn thiện footage để tạo thành sản phẩm hoàn chỉnh, thu hút
Add graphics, subtitles, visual effects, and sound to enhance video quality / Thêm đồ họa, subtitle, hiệu ứng và âm thanh để nâng cao chất lượng video
Ensure consistency in style, pacing, and storytelling/ Đảm bảo tính nhất quán về phong cách, nhịp dựng và storytelling
Collaborate with Creative, Content, and Production teams/ Phối hợp với team Creative, Content và Production
Manage and organize project files and media assets/ Quản lý và sắp xếp file dự án và dữ liệu
Support basic filming tasks when required/ Hỗ trợ quay cơ bản khi cần
Troubleshoot technical issues during editing and post-production/ Xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật trong quá trình hậu kỳ
Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager/ Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của quản lý
Yêu cầu
Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, etc.)/ Thành thạo các phần mềm dựng video (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut...)
Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics/ Có tư duy storytelling, nhịp dựng và gu thẩm mỹ tốt
Basic knowledge of filming and production workflow / Có hiểu biết cơ bản về quay phim và quy trình sản xuất
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines / Có khả năng xử lý nhiều dự án và đảm bảo deadline
Attention to detail and quality/ Cẩn thận và chú trọng chất lượng sản phẩm
Good communication and teamwork skills/ Kỹ năng giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm tốt
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn/ Chủ động, có trách nhiệm và tinh thần học hỏi
