ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team and work across multiple brands and projects.
In this role, you will create engaging video content for a diverse portfolio of brands that are entering, expanding, or establishing their presence in new markets. Each brand has its own identity, audience, and communication style, so the ideal candidate should be highly adaptable and able to translate different brand directions into compelling visual content.
You will collaborate closely with our Brand & Social Media Executive, and
Designer to produce videos for social media, digital campaigns, brand awareness, product/service promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Edit and produce high-quality video content for multiple brands across different industries and markets.
Transform raw footage, scripts, creative briefs, and existing assets into polished and compelling videos.
Apply creative storytelling techniques to enhance content flow, pacing, and impact.
Add music, sound effects, graphics, and visual effects to elevate video quality.
Ensure brand consistency across all video deliverables (motion graphics, typography, storytelling).
Adapt editing styles, pacing, visual language, and storytelling approaches according to each brand's identity, target audience, and market positioning.
Maintain consistency with each brand's visual guidelines while adapting content to local market trends and audience preferences.
Organize and maintain video files, raw footage, project files, templates, and other creative assets.
Research and stay up to date with editing trends, platform algorithm changes, and content performance insights.
Proactively suggest creative ideas and editing approaches that can improve engagement and strengthen brand presence.
Revise and improve video content based on internal.
Perform other creative and video-related tasks as required by the Social Media Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio or reels (experience in comestic, or luxury brand is a plus).
Strong portfolio of engaging short-form video content for social media platforms (IG, Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Stories).
Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or equivalent).
Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling, with excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge of motion graphics and color grading (After Effects or similar tools is a bonus).
Solid understanding of social media trends, engagement tactics, and platform best practices.
Basic photography skills.
An eye for luxury aesthetics and brand consistency.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
