1. Content Ideation and Development (20%)
Participate in brainstorming, scriptwriting, and developing creative video content aligned with the brand's objectives and market trends.
Research and analyze the target audience to create engaging and effective content.
2. Project Management (50%)
Plan and manage the entire video production process from pre-production to post-production.
Coordinate with related teams (filming, editing, design, etc.) to ensure the project is completed on schedule and within budget.
3. Filming and Editing (10%)
Directly participate in filming and video editing processes when necessary.
Ensure the quality of visuals, audio, and content meets the required standards.
4. Collaboration with Stakeholders (20%)
Work closely with the Production Manager, marketing team, and other departments to ensure the final product meets all requirements.
Handle administrative tasks related to the project.
Yêu cầu
Education: Graduated from a College/University in Film, Media, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Production Experience: Proven experience in producing various types of videos such as advertisements, product introductions, creative content, etc.
Skills:
Ideation: Strong creative thinking skills, capable of generating unique and market-relevant ideas.
Project Management: Ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, including presentation and teamwork abilities.
Tools: Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Language: Good communication in English is an advantage.
Preferences:
Candidates with experience working in an agency or video production company are preferred.
Knowledge of social media platforms and modern marketing trends is a plus.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
Willingness to travel for on-location filming as required by projects.

Starting Salary: 10,000,000 VND - 12,000,000 VND/month.
Lunch Allowance: 900,000 VND/month.
Work Equipment: Provided with necessary equipment for the job.
Salary Review: Twice a year, with bonuses on holidays, Tet, etc.
