Lead the end-to-end production process: pre-production, shoot planning, on-site supervision, and post-production management.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to align video content with creative direction and campaign needs.
Oversee external vendors (DOPs, directors, editors, sound, color, v.v.) to ensure smooth workflow and delivery.
Manage multiple video formats - recap videos, social cutdowns, interviews, mini-docs, artist content, brand visuals.
Ensure all content meets MMusic's creative standards and platform-specific specs.
Track production timelines, coordinate approvals, and manage budget documentation.
Yêu cầu
3-5+ years experience in video production (agency, content studio, or in-house team).
Strong understanding of storytelling, camera work, lighting, and post-production workflow.
Experience managing production crews, timelines, and cross-functional feedback.
Proficiency with video editing software is a plus (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Able to manage complex logistics while keeping creative consistency and storytelling clarity.
