I. JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Role objective
Improve media quality from the source by establishing standards for filming, lighting, sound, composition and post-production. The role will create a consistent, professional, authentic and persuasive image and video system for the company's brand, communications, sales and recruitment activities.
2. Key responsibilities
- Receive briefs, clarify communication objectives, and propose suitable concepts, shot lists, visual storyboards/scripts and production plans.
- Film corporate content, leadership and employees, offices and factories, products, equipment and solutions, case studies, customer interviews, events, internal activities, recruitment materials, and content for websites, social media, sales kits and advertising.
- Set up cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, gimbals, tripods and supporting equipment; control framing, focus, colour, lighting and sound to ensure high-quality source footage.
- Edit multiple formats, including brand and corporate videos, product and solution videos, interviews, event recaps, case studies, short- and long-form social videos, and marketing campaign assets.
- Handle post-production: editing, colour correction and grading, audio processing, subtitles, music and sound effects, basic motion graphics, and brand-compliant logos and graphics.
- Optimise aspect ratio, duration and export settings for the website, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, event screens and other communication channels.
- Manage the media library, including folder structures, file naming, footage and project backups, master files, and fast retrieval and reuse of assets.
- Maintain filming and editing equipment and recommend additions so equipment is always production-ready.
- Work closely with Content, Design and related teams to ensure the right message, schedule and consistent brand imagery.
- Research visual and video trends, new formats and production-process improvements to raise output quality over time.
3. Candidate requirements
- At least two years of experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, video production specialist or equivalent. In-house corporate, agency, B2B, technology or industrial media experience is preferred.
- A portfolio demonstrating both filming and editing skills; corporate videos, product videos, interviews, event recaps and social videos are preferred.
- Strong command of cameras, lenses, gimbals, lighting and microphones, with an understanding of visual and audio setup in varied environments.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve. Working knowledge of After Effects or Motion Graphics is an advantage.
- Sound fundamentals in composition, lighting, colour, editing rhythm, audio and visual storytelling.
- Ability to organise a shoot from pre-production through post-production, respond flexibly on set and meet deadlines.
- Careful, aesthetically aware and brand-minded, with a strong sense of responsibility and the initiative to propose solutions.
- Willingness to travel and support out-of-hours filming for events or changing production schedules.
4. Preferred qualifications
- Good corporate or product photography skills.
- Experience filming factories, industrial environments, technology equipment or technical products.
- Livestream setup, drone operation or advanced motion-graphics skills are an advantage.
- Basic English reading ability for briefs, software, equipment and production documentation.
5. Expected outcomes
- Standardised source media with visible improvements in lighting, sound, composition, stability and consistency.
- A higher proportion of content ready for websites, social media, advertising, sales kits and corporate communications without extensive rework.
- A systematic, high-quality and reusable corporate photo and video library.
- A more professional, credible and consistent image for Tan Hung Ha and THH across communication touchpoints.
6. Application requirements and HR notes
- A CV with a portfolio or links to completed work is mandatory.
- Priority is given to hands-on candidates who balance filming and editing. Editor-only candidates without the ability to organise and conduct a shoot will not be considered.
- Expected salary: VND 15-18 million per month, negotiable according to capability and portfolio quality. Other benefits follow company policy.
II. BENEFITS
- Salary: VND 15,000,000-18,000,000, plus lunch and attendance allowances and bonuses.
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday morning, 8:00-17:00; Saturday afternoon and Sunday off.
