Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality short videos (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok) on a daily basis, covering dish preparations, the chef's philosophy, daily life in the fermentation lab, team stories, and cultural elements.
Collaborate closely with the Chef and the culinary/service teams to capture the most authentic and compelling aspects of the restaurant's operations.
Work closely with content team to brainstorm and plan for monthly video ideas.
Develop and maintain a unique and consistent visual style and narrative voice for Nôm Dining's social media channels.
Yêu cầu
Related certificates in video editing, video production, or a strong portfolio of video production are required.
Fluency in English is required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role; F&B and fine dining experience is highly preferred.
Proficient in operating professional filming and photography equipment (Sony Mirrorless cameras, lighting, tripods, gimbals, DJI devices, etc.).
Proficient in video editing software (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) and photo editing tools (Lightroom).
Excellent visual sense and storytelling skills. Passion for culture, history, and gastronomy (especially Asian heritage) is a an advantage.
Willingness to learn, active communication for effective teamwork, and quick adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
Working Time: Tuesday - Sunday (10:00 AM - 06:30 PM).
- Sundays: Work-From-Home.
- Day Off: 01 flexible day off during the week.
