Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality short videos (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok) on a daily basis, covering dish preparations, the chef's philosophy, daily life in the fermentation lab, team stories, and cultural elements.
Collaborate closely with the Chef and the culinary/service teams to capture the most authentic and compelling aspects of the restaurant's operations.
Work closely with content team to brainstorm and plan for monthly video ideas.
Develop and maintain a unique and consistent visual style and narrative voice for Nôm Dining's social media channels.
Yêu cầu
Fluency in English is required.
F&B and fine dining experience is a plus.
Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with a creative eye and an interest in video making will be guided and trained by the team.
Proficient in operating filming and photography equipment (Sony Mirrorless cameras, lighting, tripods, gimbals, DJI devices, etc.).
Proficient in video editing software (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) and photo editing tools(Lightroom).
Willingness to learn, active communication for effective teamwork, and quick adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
Personal Laptop is required.
