- New supplier qualification/IQC management/ Supplier management
+ Lead qualification meeting to approve new supplier
+ Follow up with new supplier for corrective and improvement actions during the qualification
+ Confirm incoming issues, notify supplier for their containment/corrective/preventive actions in 8D with approval, follow up their improvement actions, MRB for lot/material disposition
+ Evaluate supplier performance on efficiency & quality, rank supplier on monthly report
+ Follow improvement actions from supplier with poor quality
- Production quality assurance/Outgoing/customer quality assurance
+ Daily monitor in- process data/information in production and machine especially for those control points defined in PCP/PQCP (including HTP), analyze their trends and fine- tune them before resulting in any abnormality and rejection, as well as driving for continuous quality improvement
+ Daily monitor and solve quality problems in production
+ Solve FAI/IPQA/PQC failure
+ Review customer reports/data (OQA/SI) weekly/monthly/yearly per customer request
+ Lead QE to identify problem areas and drive for improvement based on quality data/information in production
- NPI quality assurance
+ Review and approve the results of reliability tests in EVT/DVT/PVT
+ Approve the reports after EVT/DVT/PVT with improvement actions
+ Monitor overall on- time progress on each NPI activity and identify remedies for any obstacle
+ Finalize inspection criteria on SMT/visual/testing/OQA/SI
+ Review the results of product evaluation/inspection/measurement in EVT/DVT/PVT to address any weakness for further improvement
