Job Descriptions
Actively develop and implement business strategies to expand the company's market presence and achieve growth goals.
Responsible for the company's brand (Loreal, NIVEA, ANKER, etc..) TIKTOK business development (BD) work, facilitating influencer live-streaming and sales promotion collaborations, including sample delivery and broadcasting arrangements.
Ability to manage customer databases.
Learn product and market trends.
Responsible for finding new customers and building good relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure customer integration and development process goes smoothly.
Support the development of new proposals for cooperation opportunities.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Have 1-2 years in business development, sales, marketing (priority at e-commerce companies)
Understanding e-commerce business is a must.
Proficient with excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues and business partners.
Outgoing, strong communication skills, and able to handle pressure.
Experience in brand-new business-related positions, familiarity with the process of coordinating between brands, influencers, and agencies is preferred.
Having influencer on resources in relevant categories is preferred.
Chinese communication will be preferred.
