JOB DESCRIPTION
1, Main tasks
E-learningResponsibilities (60%)
  • Manage the E-learning system as Admin for 5 destinations.
  • Create, upload, update and organize E-learning courses based on company training needs.
  • Transform current & new face-to-face trainings into online trainings.
  • Support employees with questions or issues related to the E-learning platform.
  • Develop and implement E-learning policies and procedures (e.g. training assessments, compulsory training notifications, etc.).
  • Monitor and evaluate online training programs, including feedback from learners (analyze and create reports for training programs)
  • Ensure training records, learner data and course information are accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate the annual Elearning course review
  • Work with developers to maintain and update the system.
  • Coordinate with the T&D Manager to review English content for new and updated courses.
Training Coordination (35%)
  • Coordinate with other departments to conduct Training Needs Analysis.
  • Prepare training materials and supporting documents for training sessions.
  • Conduct T&D Onboarding Sessions for all Newcomers
  • Conduct necessary T&D reports and learning statistics.
KPI & Competencies Project (5%)
  • Participate in data processing, statistical organization as required by Project Leader.

Perform other tasks as requested by T & D Manager and KPI Project Leader.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, English, Information Technology or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to structure information clearly.
  • Communicate in English in a clear, to the point manner, with the ability to understand workflows and collaborate effectively with different departments
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a systematic mindset and the ability to work with backend systems
  • Good at Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and learning technologies; experience with Canva and CapCut is a plus.
  • Willing to learn, flexible, proactive and adaptable to changes.
  • Confident in sharing ideas, asking questions and raising issues when necessary.
