About The Role
What if your fluency in Vietnamese could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of people around the world? We're looking for Vietnamese language experts to evaluate and improve AI-generated content - ensuring it sounds natural, accurate, and culturally right for real Vietnamese speakers.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed - just a deep command of Vietnamese and a sharp eye for quality.

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Review AI-generated Vietnamese translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness
Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, and cultural issues
Suggest clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate improvements
Provide structured, detailed feedback on linguistic and cultural quality
Work independently and asynchronously - fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Native or near-native fluency in Vietnamese
Strong written communication skills in Vietnamese
Solid command of contemporary Vietnamese usage across different contexts and registers
Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach
Comfortable evaluating written language quality across a variety of topics
No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
Experience in translation, localization, editing, or linguistics
Familiarity with AI tools or language evaluation workflows
Knowledge of regional Vietnamese variations or dialectal differences
Background in communications, education, journalism, or content review
