VinFuture Foundation is an independent, not-for-profit foundation in Vietnam. The Foundation was established with the vision of creating meaningful change in the everyday lives of millions of people by honoring transformational technological innovations. The Foundation was set up with an initial endowment of VND 2,000 billion (-US$ 100 million) from Mr. Phạm Nhật Vượng, the founder and Chairman of Vingroup JSC, a technology, industry, and services company in Vietnam, and his wife, Madam Phạm Thu Hương.

The core activity of the Foundation is to award the annual VinFuture Prize to proven breakthrough scientific research and technological innovations that have a high potential to create meaningful change in the lives of people. The Foundation manages the Prize administration process, ensures independence for the Prize Council in the process of selecting laureates, and enables a secure financial standing for the Prize over the long term.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Marketing & Communications Manager provides leadership and expertise in communications and marketing strategies. The post holder's focus will be on communications and branding to raise the visibility of the VinFuture Foundation as well as the VinFuture Prize. The Marketing & Communications Manager will work to build the branding and promote the VinFuture Foundation's mission and activities on an international scale.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Develop and implement Marketing and Communications/Branding plan for the VinFuture Foundation in line with the Foundation's overall strategy. The plan should ensure that the Foundation's brand is highly visible and valued globally by prospective stakeholders and partners. The communications and marketing efforts will support the VinFuture Foundation in promoting its mission and vision.
• Build and develop marketing and communications contents and leverage the media channels to enhance the reputation of the VinFuture Foundation through strategic media relations activities.
• Organize and coordinate PR activities including (i) facilitating conferences, workshops, seminars/webinars, and special events; (ii) monitoring website, fan page and social media; (iii) Arranging for interviews or public speaking events and drafting press releases
• Use a variety of channels (TV, press, internet etc.) to maximize the visibility of the VinFuture Foundation
• Liaise with marketing professionals to ensure consistency in promoting the VinFuture Foundation's image
• Continuously measure the effectiveness of the integrated marketing strategy and initiate changes where necessary
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budgets and optimize the use of budget
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant VinFuture Foundation functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Support the Foundation by performing all other duties as assigned by the CEO and line manager.
