Develop detailed plans for regular & campaign marketing activities, including goals, creative direction, access channels, budget and implementation schedule
2. Control the progress of campaign implementation activities:
Select, create themes and coordinate implementation control on marketing channels consistent with the campaign's goals, including online advertising, social media, SEO, PR, and other media.
Interact and work with relevant departments to ensure that Marketing programs are implemented effectively and on time.
Coordinate the creation and distribution of creative and attractive marketing content, to attract and interact with target customers.
Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through indicators and quantitative data, such as sales, website traffic, social network interactions, and conversion rates... to evaluate and regulate
Adjust campaigns based on feedback and collected data, to improve efficiency and achieve business goals.
3. Focal point for coordinating operational programs at the properties:
Coordinate with operations to build and deploy on-site sales programs at properties.
Information focal point between HO and properties to coordinate the implementation of Marketing programs and campaigns
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, hospitality management or related fields. Priority is given to candidates who graduated from oversea universities
Fluent in English
At least 5 year of experience in marketing, pr communications, advertisement... Have knowledge or experience in the hotel and resort market. Having worked in agencies consulting on brand strategy and marketing campaigns is an advantage
Have strong professional knowledge in planning and implementing IMC and 360 marketing campaigns, especially in the field of tourism and resorts.
Have skills in synthesizing and analyzing information, planning and organizing implementation, good communication and teamwork coordination, analysis and problem solving, and the ability to work proactively in work.
Ability to work under high pressure and intensity at work, travel frequently
