Extensive experience in all aspects of Front Office operations.
Excellent track record with previous five-star hotels.
Fluent in English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, supervision and management skills.
Ability to cultivate a team focused on delivering detailed professional service.
Active in training the staff.
Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic and high pressure environment.
