JOB PURPOSE
Support the Finance & Accounting department with operational tasks, document filing, and data entry. This role offers hands-on experience in practical corporate accounting procedures and professional development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Document Management: Sort, organize, archive, and file accounting documents (VAT invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, bank debit/credit advice) in compliance with company standards and regulations.
Data Entry & Verification: Assist in entering financial data (input/output invoices, internal transactions) into accounting software or tracking spreadsheets.
Review & Verification: Assist in checking the validity and accuracy of invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents prior to approval.
Tax & Reporting Support: Help prepare documentation for tax filings and internal management reports under the guidance of Senior Accountants or the Chief Accountant.
Other Tasks: Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned by the team.

REQUIREMENTS
Education: Senior students or recent graduates majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Banking or related fields.
Skills:
Proficient in basic MS Excel (knowledge of VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables is a plus).
High attention to detail, meticulous, honest, and accountable when working with figures.
Fluent in English (Communication and presentation)
Availability: Commitment of 3 months (available to work full-time).
