Waiter

Overview
The Waiter is responsible for delivering attentive, discreet and polished service to HAUS members and guests. This role ensures the highest standards are upheld throughout each stage of the dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
• Welcome guests to their table and provide detailed knowledge of the food and beverage offerings.
• Take and deliver orders efficiently and accurately.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly.
Team Collaboration
• Work closely with the bar, kitchen and runner teams to ensure smooth service.
• Communicate clearly and calmly during busy periods.
• Support the overall floor team with resetting and rotation.
Presentation & Etiquette
• Maintain a professional appearance and composure at all times.
• Ensure table settings, cutlery, and linens are always to standard.
• Represent the HAUS brand with discretion and polish.
Product Knowledge
• Stay up to date with the current menus and daily specials.
• Provide recommendations and guidance based on guest preferences.
• Understand basic wine and cocktail pairings.
