- Comprehensively manage warehouse receiving, storage, and dispatching activities, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched according to procedures, on time, and in correct quantities.
- Plan shifts, assign tasks reasonably to warehouse staff to optimize performance and ensure 24/7 continuous operation.
- Monitor daily updates of inbound/outbound documents in SAP system, cross-check with actual inventory to ensure data accuracy and transparency.
- Organize and report monthly periodic inventory counts, analyze variances (if any), and propose timely corrective actions.
- Assign, supervise, and support outbound deliveries to customers and material issuance to production lines to prevent any disruptions.
- Ensure all warehouse staff strictly comply with occupational safety, industrial hygiene, and 5S standards; provide regular training and supervision.
- Closely coordinate with relevant departments (Production, Planning, QC,
Purchasing, Accounting) to resolve issues, optimize processes, and promptly meet customer requirements.
- Propose and participate in warehouse process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce costs.
