Warehouse-Logistics Manager/ Trưởng Bộ Phận Kho Vận

- Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching in compliance with company processes.
- Plan and allocate warehouse resources (manpower, space, equipment) to meet production and delivery requirements.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels; ensure stock accuracy and implement improvements to reduce losses.
- Ensure warehouse safety and full compliance with HSE regulations while continuously improving working conditions.
- Oversee product quality within the warehouse including returned goods, blocked stock, near-expiry items, and discrepancy handling.
- Coordinate domestic logistics operations, manage inbound/outbound transportation, and ensure timely delivery with carriers.
- Handle import and export activities including documentation, customs clearance, HS code, Incoterms, and compliance with trade regulations.
- Manage and evaluate logistics service providers/forwarders to optimize performance and cost.
- Develop and train warehouse & logistics teams to ensure operational and safety compliance.
- Perform other tasks as assigned, delegated, or appointed in accordance with the company's requirements and professional scope.
