Mô tả công việc
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE
1. Online Store Operations
• Handle daily order operations including PO approval, stock transfer, and replenishment fulfillment.
• Manage outbound shipment processing and tracking.
• Conduct semi-annual inventory stocktaking and daily monitoring.
• Review and manage aging inventory (FD online inventory) on a monthly basis.
• Analyze and evaluate customer KPI and operational effectiveness monthly.
2. Brand Shop Management
• Manage daily inbound and outbound operations via CWMS system.
• Supervise shipment management and handle operational exceptions.
• Monitor aging spare parts inventory and conduct monthly reviews.
• Perform daily transaction reconciliation and weekly cycle counting.
• Support semi-annual full inventory stocktaking.
• Monitor spare parts orders (ATA & POD tracking).
• Manage on-site reconciliation, scrapping supervision, especially RTC-related operations.
• Handle monthly warehouse expense settlement and payment application.
Yêu cầu
• At least 2 years of experience in Warehouse or Spare Parts warehouse operations.
• Familiar with warehouse processes and operational workflows.
• Proficiency in English or Chinese for business communication; Chinese is an advantage.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS/CWMS) is a plus.

2. Highly focused on finding solutions, getting things done and hitting targets.
3. Good at communication & coordination skills.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
5. Proficient in MS Office; strong data analysis skills.
