• Manage multiple E-commerce warehouses serving clients across different industries.
• Own end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, inventory, fulfillment, outbound and returns.
• Monitor service level agreement/KPI, cut-off, backlog, order aging and productivity by client/site.
• Lead customer KPI reviews, complaints, escalations and action plans. Build manpower and capacity plans for daily operations and peak-sale campaigns.
• Manage WMS/Order Management System and marketplace order/stock synchronization, including missing, duplicate, cancelled or inventory-mismatched orders.
• Control inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Manage site cost, manpower cost, OT, productivity and MHE utilization.
• Lead warehouse operations teams and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure 5S, safety, fire prevention and operational compliance.
Yêu cầu
• 4-7 years of warehouse operations management experience.
• Background in 3PL, FMCG or Retail is accepted;
• E-commerce experience preferred.
• Experience managing warehouse teams and owning KPI/SLA.
• Strong knowledge of inbound-inventory-fulfillment-outbound-return flows.
• Hands-on experience with WMS/OMS and marketplace integrations.
• Strong Excel, logical thinking and data analysis. Able to communicate in English and work directly with customers.
