· Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, issuing, storage, and inventory control.
· Develop, improve, and monitor warehouse operating procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and cost optimization.
· Organize and arrange goods systematically while ensuring proper storage standards and workplace safety.
· Monitor and control inventory data to minimize loss, damage, and discrepancies.
· Conduct periodic and ad-hoc stock counts; investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
· Coordinate with relevant departments such as
Purchasing, Sales, and Transportation to ensure timely receiving and delivery.
· Manage, train, and evaluate the performance of warehouse staff.
· Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations, fire prevention and firefighting (PCCC) requirements, and company policies.
· Prepare regular warehouse operation reports for management.
· Bachelor's/College degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
· At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar position.
· Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Proficient in WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
· Good working communication skills in English or Chinese; candidates who can use either language effectively in their daily work will be preferred.
· Honest, responsible, and able to work well under high pressure.
