Job Description:
1. Develop, implement, and continuously optimize warehouse policies, operational standards, and workflow processes.
2. Design and update the warehouse organizational structure in alignment with
business development.
3. Take full responsibility for overall warehouse operations and performance management.
4. Establish and manage departmental KPIs and performance evaluation systems.
5. Lead, supervise, and evaluate warehouse management and supervisory teams.
6. Develop succession planning and talent development programs for warehouse staff.
7. Continuously improve warehouse management systems, operational efficiency, and service quality.
8. Develop and manage warehouse budget planning and cost control strategies.
9. Monitor and control departmental labor and operational costs.
10. Participate in company strategic planning and contribute to supply chain optimization initiatives.
11. Build, promote, and maintain a strong team culture and high-performance working environment.
12. Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders.
13. Ensure compliance with company policies and directives from senior management.
