Mô tả công việc
- Warehouse operation: Supervising vendor's warehouse staff, assigning workloads, conducting training, and managing performance, maximizing the productivities with minimum cost. Ensuring timely and accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Inventory management: Developing and maintaining strict inventory control procedures, performing cycle counts, and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Safety and Compliance: Enforcing OSHA regulations and company safety policies, maintaining a clean and safe facility, and ensuring equipment is safely operated.
- Process improvement: Optimizing warehouse layout and procedures to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Reporting: Access to LX Pantos system. Make sure the accuracy for monthly cut off and billing. Preparing reports on inventory levels, shipment accuracy, and productivity KPIs.
Yêu cầu
- College or University degree
- Chinese speaking
- From 2 years of experience as a warehouse position
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-management skills.
