Warehouse Supervisor

- To manage generally and take responsibilities for all warehouses and stores all functions within company.
- To prepare and implement departmental plan for long / middle / short term.
- To plan and monitor performance of departmental budgets and KPIs to ensure aiming at achieving company goals and targets.
- To check all daily reports of quantity of item in stock on both accounting books and database.
- To set up, maintain and update SOP's (standard operating procedures), stock levels, tolerances and guidelines relating to warehousing activities. To suggest improvements and changes at any where or when necessary.
- To work closely with accounting to conduct physical counts and audit warehousing systems to insure controls are in place to avoid theft or fraud.
- To work closely with accounting and IT department to improve and develop warehouse activities related database and modules on ERP system .
- To be able to work effectively with all production managers, supervisors, foreman and team leader to resolve all issues quickly, effectively and diplomatically.
- To explain and enforce safety regulations and arrange all warehouse and store areas and ensure it is well organized, clean and a safe working environment at all times.
- To cooperate with HR department in interviewing and selecting, preparing job descriptions, appraising performance, training and developing staffs in department to ensure high level of productivity and efficiency of the team.

- To prepare all necessary reports required that gives BOD an overall picture of warehousing activities and helps BOD more understand about warehousing status and find out the best solutions to resolve issues if any.
