Warehouse Supervisor

This position is to:
• Manage In-Out-Stock in system and physically.
• Be responsible for all the issues of warehouse.
• Supply materials to production in time.
• Be in charge of 6S.
1. Warehouse Operations
- Maintain stock items in good condition and accurately to prevent broken and mixed material to production.
- All the work instructions are performed correctly.
- Temperature and humidity are checked daily and inform to supervisor if any abnormal.
- All the goods are storage in a right location and identified easily.
- Arrival goods is passed to Incoming to inspect in a timely manner.
- Materials are issued to production in time for production.
- Monthly stocktake are performed and maintain the accuracy.
- Safety, 0 injury is focused for forklift drivers.
- Chemical is storage in compatible each other.
- Ensure chemical are controlled in right condition to avoid the spills.
- The changes of forecast of consumables are updated on time and inform to related people to prevent shortage.
- Ensure the expensive materials are controlled and be visually enough to prevent loss.
- Inform end users the materials that are controlled expiry dates 2 months in advance to prevent disposal.
- Follow/manage scrap materials/finished goods in a Enterprise Processing Company.
- Ensure all the transactions are performed correctly with financial
- EHS compliance.
